Welcome to the UNIT PRIME system. By using this service, you accept the terms of this agreement. The system is an integrated artistic and technical project designed to simulate a futuristic interface and provide a procedural narrative ecosystem.

2. DONATIONS // ENERGY_SYNCHRONIZATION

• [STATUS] Each payment constitutes voluntary support for the physical development of the UNIT PRIME hardware project and is not a purchase of a product, software, or digital service.
• All donations are processed by the external, certified payment operator Stripe.
• The UNIT PRIME system does not store or have access to your full payment card details; all sensitive financial data is secured directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable in accordance with international donation regulations (Donation Protocols).
• [HARDWARE_VISUALIZATION] Specific hardware models and components presented on the site are for reference and visualization. We reserve the right to purchase alternative hardware with similar or superior parameters based on market availability.

• [EXPERIMENTAL_NATURE] The User acknowledges that the Chronicle is an artistic visualization of hardware progress. Due to its automated nature, the content may be non-linear or abstract. The Operator provides this content „as-is.”
• [PUBLIC_ACCESS] Access to the Chronicle is free of charge and publicly available to all users. It is not a „gated” or „premium” service.
• [DECOUPLING] The publication (“unlocking”) of new entries in the Chronicle results from achieving successive project milestones visible on the system’s roadmap. A donation is never a payment for access to content. Access to the Chronicle is universal and free for every internet user, regardless of whether they have made an individual donation to the project or not.

4. RULES OF USE // OPERATOR_CODE

• The use of vulgar, offensive, or rights-violating nicknames in the „Network Registry” or any public system logs is prohibited.
• Any attempts at hacking, sniffing, or manipulating the System outside the designated GUI functions are strictly prohibited.
• Each Operator is responsible for the security of their own terminal/access point.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY // SYSTEM_GLITCH

• The UNIT PRIME project is provided on an „AS IS” and „AS AVAILABLE” basis.
• The Administrator is not responsible for interruptions caused by external providers or glitches in the system code.
• [AI_DISCLAIMER] The Operator is not liable for any inaccuracies, logical errors, or fictional statements produced by the AI-generated Chronicle.

6. CONTENT LICENSE // OPEN_SOURCE_FUTURE

• All custom graphics, interface designs, and proprietary code belong to the UNIT PRIME project.
• [CHRONICLE_STATUS] Narrative content generated by the AI is intended for public consumption within the ecosystem. Use of these materials outside the System requires explicit permission from the chief architect of Sector Prime.

7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS // SYSTEM_UPGRADE

These Terms may be updated to reflect system evolution. Operators will be notified of critical updates through an alert within the System HUD or a version change in the footer.
