What happens if the full amount is not raised?

Regardless of the final outcome of the collection, all collected funds will be used to implement the project. If 100% of the target amount is not gathered, UNIT PRIME will still be built but from cheaper components with lower parameters, or I will omit certain elements (e.g., building only the PC first and postponing the laptop purchase).
